I jumped on the bandwagon and knit up a pair of
Fetching fingerless gloves.

Yarn: Cashsoft DK in a choclately brown
Needles: 7 Bamboo DPNs
This were a quick and fun knit. I really liked the yarn. I had some issues picking up stitches for the thumb holes but other than that, I really like these.
I also knit up a quick little hat in Plush. It's really soft and a really quick knit on a 10.5 16" circular needle. I just cast on 64 stitches and knit for 5" and then decreased every other round on the 8 stitch. (This is kind of stolen from the Yarn Harlot's generic hat in The Knitting Rules.)

Tonight I started on the Purl scarf from Last-Minute Knitted Gifts. I keep checking this book out of the library, I just need to break down and buy it already. The yarn is really more teal than the picture shows. It is a combination of Malabrigo and Fusion knit on size 15 needles. I think it will be a quick knit that I will work on here and there.

I've also made a little progress on
Branching Out. I think I'm up to 6 pattern repeats. It doesn't get worked on very often since I have to concentrate on it.
